The Strategic Naming Sprint
We help you find a name that’s smart, creative, and—most importantly—ownable
Naming is often the hardest part of building a brand
On one hand, you want to carefully choose the very best name—one you won’t have to change in the future.
On the other hand, you needed a name yesterday and you can’t ignore the urgency to get it before someone else beats you to the trademark office.
Title Case makes it easier with fewer, stronger names
We believe in quality over quantity, which means we only present names that 1) meet your unique strategic criteria, and 2) seem available to own and trademark according to availability research, including Haloo trademark search results.
The Strategic Naming Sprint
Designed for anyone that’s facing a time crunch and wants a professional to take the lead on generating, researching, and recommending names.
-
Being inundated with too many names is 1) overwhelming, and 2) ultimately pointless if most of them end up being unavailable.
Title Case only presents names that receive a ‘Pass’ or ‘Pause’ from Haloo’s trademark search software—so you don’t waste energy on names you’ll never get.
-
Thousands of new trademark applications are filed every day, making it increasingly difficult to get a unique, ownable name.
Designed with this (and your branding timeline) in mind, our Naming Sprint provides you with a strategic shortlist of viable names in just a few weeks.
-
Trademark ‘knockout’ searches are a great start in determining the availability of a name, and comprehensive search reports will get us even closer.
Haloo’s trademark search software offers more comprehensive data than any other instant tool on the market, which helps us (and ultimately your lawyer) confidently determine which names are worth moving forward with.
What to Expect
Criteria Kickoff
Together, we’ll get clear on what constitutes a “good” name for your brand by aligning on a set of strategic criteria.
This ensures an efficient, clear-headed naming experience as the criteria makes it easy to evaluate names objectively vs. emotionally.
Round 1
After 1-2 weeks of research and brainstorming, Emily will present a shortlist of likely-available names, including their strategic reasoning, Haloo TM search results, and domain options.
Together, we’ll discuss any branding implications and identify objectives for Round 2.
Round 2
After another week or two, Emily will present an additional set of names that meet the updated criteria.
Together, we’ll review all the names and discuss which ones you’d like to move forward with (i.e. get a lawyer’s opinion on and begin the trademark process).
